Hello there, I am looking for a Lithuanian company that will build for me in the Netherlands or will prefab a house that can be constructed in the Netherlands ourselves. It only can have maximum of 75sqm. So the 2 smaller bedrooms can be max 6 sqm each. And maybe loose some other space. Because my daughter in Law is Lithuanian, so both my grandsons are also :) . I would like them to have a Lithuanian builds place in the Netherlands.. If You can send people over here for the construction of a prefab build, I will take care of transport and travel costs and sleeping facilities next to the build (in the current holiday house). Can You first provide a floor plan for a 64 to max 75 sqm house?

Hello there, I have seen on Your website the beautifull holiday houses You can build. I would like You to make a plan and price for a Turn Key holiday house of about 64 m2, with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. If can "All Electric" with floor heating. My daughter in law is from Lithuania and together I have visited Your country. So I like to contribute to Lithuania if affordable. The holiday house will be situated in The Netherlands. Maybe as prefab and then to construct over here or maybe otherwise. If You can and will do the construction in the Netherlands I will take care of travel and transport and will provide sleeping accomodations next to the build. If You prefer to build it as a prefab, I will take care of transport to us and find people here to construct all. Maybe I then need Your help for arranging transport.For the kitchen I prefer cooking on induction. But if neccesary it can be put in later. My son and daughter in law will visit Vilnius in july of this year. If You would like, You then can have contact with her about things. If needed I can come also in this year but I only speak english. Hope You can have a good deal for me. And we can in the future enjoy a little piece of Lithuania here in the Netherlands.
